1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use MiTesoroFinder. If you are under 18, you may only use this app with permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of your own listings. You must ensure that all information you provide is truthful and up-to-date.

3. No Endorsement

MiTesoroFinder does not own, inspect, verify, guarantee, or endorse any sale, seller, buyer, item, address, or transaction. All listings are posted directly by users.

4. Prohibited Items

You agree not to post listings for illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, recalled, adult, or prohibited items. You also agree not to harass, scam, threaten, impersonate, spam, or mislead others.

5. Enforcement

MiTesoroFinder may remove listings, restrict accounts, or suspend users for violations of these terms.

6. In-Person Transactions

Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own in-person interactions, purchases, payments, and safety. MiTesoroFinder is not involved in transactions between users.

7. User Safety and Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own safety and for complying with all applicable laws while using MiTesoroFinder. MiTesoroFinder does not guarantee user safety, location accuracy, emergency response, listing accuracy, or third-party behavior.

MiTesoroFinder is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

8. No Liability

MiTesoroFinder is not responsible for disputes, injuries, losses, damages, incorrect addresses, canceled sales, sold items, or offline transactions. You use this app at your own risk.

9. Legal Compliance

You must follow all local, state, and federal laws when using MiTesoroFinder and posting listings.

10. Driving Safety

MiTesoroFinder does not guarantee detection of driving activity and does not assume responsibility for monitoring user behavior. Users remain solely responsible for safe operation of vehicles and compliance with applicable laws.

Driving Safety Mode is provided as a convenience feature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for responsible driving behavior.

Do not interact with MiTesoroFinder while driving unless permitted by law and safe to do so. MiTesoroFinder is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, traffic violations, property loss, or other consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the application while operating a vehicle.

11. Disclosure to Authorities

MiTesoroFinder may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request. We do not grant law enforcement direct access to user accounts. Any disclosure of sensitive records is reviewed and approved by an authorized administrator.
